Passengers must be in good physical health and able to embark and disembark the seaplane with minimal assistance. For safety reasons, weight limits apply to all flights; all passengers will be required to submit their weights at the time of booking. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian. All passengers must follow the pilot's safety instructions at all times.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept all major credit cards through our secure online booking system. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

4. Weather & Schedule Changes

Seaplane operations are highly dependent on weather conditions. Twin Cities Seaplane Tours reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel any flight for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation by us due to weather, customers will be offered a full refund or a credit to reschedule.

5. Liability & Risk

By booking a tour, passengers acknowledge that aviation involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to changing weather conditions, turbulence, mechanical malfunctions, bird strikes, pilot error, docking operations, and aircraft entry and exit from dock and associated boarding areas. Twin Cities Seaplane Tours operates in compliance with FAA regulations. We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the flight. All passengers will be required to sign a standard liability waiver prior to boarding.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be settled in the relevant courts within the Minneapolis metropolitan area.
